Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets (quarterly/ yearly) and expand customer base
- Responsible for sales lead generation across ICCs (Mobility/ Industrials/ Construction/ Chemical/ Energy/ Pharma/ Consumer Goods/ Exhibition) for consulting services comprising of Strategy/ Operational Excellence/ M&A
- Responsible for developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory and industry
- Conduct analysis to address critical business issues and generate insights about clients- / potential clients- business performance and focus industry's development
- Develop discussion papers and project proposals for business development/ project acquisitions
Qualification and Desired qualities
- ~10-15 years of sales experience (Industry/Consulting)
- 4-5 years of experience in performing activities such as market research and analysis, due diligence, competitor/ industry benchmarking, business process modelling, project planning
- BE/B.Tech degree
- MBA/ Master's degree (Marketing/ Operations/ Finance)
- Proven experience of converting high-value strategic consulting projects leads
- Able to network and develop strong business relationships with clients
- Ability to hold discussions and bring out new outlook, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Ability to nurture the sales lead via constant engagement, establishing the value proposition for the clients
- Ability to understand industry landscape and trends
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong team spirit and motivation to achieve goals together
- Very good knowledge of English (German is a plus) and high willingness to travel
- International work experience preferred (but not mandatory)
