- Interest in real estate sector required; prior experience in the sector not mandatory.

Education and Industry exposure:

- MBA from a reputed institution (Top 20 schools worldwide + top Indian schools (IIMs/ ISB)), and

- Post-MBA work experience of 3-6 years as:

- Jr. Lead/ senior associate in top tier consulting organizations such as McKinsey, BCG, Booz, AT Kearney OR
- Part of a Strategy group in a leading corporation OR
- Extensive functional expertise with a leading corporate.
