EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO CEO
A. Key Job Responsibilities
(1) Support CEO in strategic and operational initiatives
- Interface with senior management on behalf of the CEO as required for formulation and implementation of strategies
- Lead/take complete ownership of implementation of specific strategic or operational initiatives as identified by the CEO.
- Coordinate with various businesses of the Group for follow up and compliance of various decisions taken by CEO
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the leadership team and individuals or teams to complete work assignments, influence outcomes and ensure that critical deadlines are met and assigned tasks are completed.
(2) Conduct Business Analysis
- As required by the CEO, generate internal and external analytical data to enable formulation of business strategies.
(3) MIS Creation & Reporting
- Conceptualize, design and implement MIS reports as required by the CEO’s information needs
- Day to day follow up and coordination with business units of the Group
- Analyze MIS Data, obtain necessary clarifications in a proactive manner and highlight key conclusions for the benefit of the CEO.
(4) Administrative support to CEO
- Organize and manage CEO’s meetings, travel schedule, etc.
- Draft correspondences, minutes of the meeting, etc.
Follow up on action items with direct reports on behalf of CEO.
B. Education and Experience
(1) MBA at least 10-15 years of post qualification experience in similar position in large owner driven business groups. Experience in Dubai or other Middle East countries would be preferred.
C. Candidate Profile
- Dynamic, assertive and have right attitude and maturity for the job; should also be humble and honest
- Smart personality with a cheerful disposition
- Excellent command over spoken and written English
- Excellent command over computer related software applications such as power point, excel, word, etc., and also latest communication related applications.
- Good in presentation skills, preparation of documents, drafting letters, emails and minutes of meetings.
- Possess adequate skills to deal with different type of people and work environments.
- Ability to handle multi-tasking jobs, and organize CEO’s office related activities like meetings, travel, etc.
- Willing to work on long hours as the job is high demanding

This position will be equivalent to GM level.
