Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all internal teams are aligned in supporting customer success.
- Proactively identify customer issues and proactively develop solutions to mitigate any roadblocks.
- Conduct customer visits (in-person or virtual) to gain deeper insights and identify growth opportunities.
Success Measurement and Reporting:
- Manage all customer account health reporting metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Track customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction to measure the success of our platform and customer success initiatives.
- Develop and present reports to internal stakeholders on customer success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer success or a related field (account management a plus).
- Proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and exceeding their expectations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer challenges.
- Willingness and ability to travel (as needed)
