Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client needs, expectations, and goals, and work to exceed them.
- Project Team Leadership: Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and effective problem-solving.
- Provide guidance, support, and direction to team members.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, defining scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring the right skills are matched to project requirements.
- Manage resource availability and utilization to optimize team productivity.
- Risk Management: Identify project risks and proactively implement measures to mitigate them.
- Maintain a keen awareness of potential obstacles and be prepared to pivot when necessary.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet both client specifications and internal standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate project status, updates, and challenges to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Keep all parties well-informed to manage expectations effectively.
- Budget Oversight: Monitor project finances, including cost tracking, resource utilization, and adherence to budget constraints.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation to meet financial goals.
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking opportunities to enhance project management processes, methodologies, and tools.

Qualifications And Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects and client relationships.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward project success.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
