Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
- Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising, SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.
- Work with designers and content creators to develop engaging and effective marketing materials.
Oversee the launch and optimization of campaigns across various digital channels, analyzing data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
Client Management & Reporting:
(If applicable) Manage client relationships for digital marketing services, ensuring satisfaction with campaign performance and exceeding expectations.
Develop and present regular reports that track key marketing metrics (e.
, website traffic, lead generation, conversions) and demonstrate the ROI (Return on Investment) of digital marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in developing and managing effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including PPC, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising
