About the Role:
The Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role will work cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and analyze multi-channel growth marketing campaigns
- Own key user acquisition metrics and develop strategies to improve performance
- Build and optimize conversion funnels from acquisition to activation
- Collaborate with product teams to implement growth experiments
- Analyze campaign performance data to extract insights and make data-driven decisions
- Manage and optimize advertising spend across digital platforms
- Stay current with emerging marketing channels and technologies
- Report on campaign performance and growth initiatives to leadership
- Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth results
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform marketing decisions
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools, and analytics platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
