Branch Management:

- A Total Business Process ownership.

- Client Retention & New Business Development.

- To Liaison with Insurance Companies/ Corporate & Brokers

- Supervise the Claims Teams.

- Managing MIS Control.

- Insuring Timely Funds Inflow/ Outflow

- Developing Team Competency

- Overseeing claims Management by following the process

- TAT Compliance

- Other general compliances related to Branch Office Operations

- Branch Operations

- The ideal candidate will be innovative, team oriented, an effective communicator, have a desire to participate in change and appreciate a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities. Seeking someone with demonstrated history of successful project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritize opportunities and identify gaps and bridge the same.
