- Implement media goals, Reach, ROI/RoAS & other metrics that tie in with category goals and account strategy.

- Planning monthly promo for all Ecommerce chains nationally focusing on competition trends, historical spends and business requirements .

- Closing annual Activation calendars for all Customers for all E-commerce channels.

- Driving bottom-line for Ecommerce channels by optimizing pricing, spends and discounts. .

- Designing ecommerce strategy and aligning channel priorities with leadership team.

- Planning Marketing, category development & Campaign activity to drive business i.e. budget, right product mix, increase market share.

- Analyse sales, consumer, shopper and competitions insight to understand performance of brands/category to respond to the changing market dynamics.

- Build focus brands / NPIs by ensuring the right media mix / investments to get the flywheel moving.
