eCommerce Operation Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and implement solutions that enhance the e-commerce platform's functionality and performance in order to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

- Managing operational activities with primary focus on nurturing sales channel partnerships and optimizing e-commerce platforms.

- Identify opportunities for innovation and expansion of customer engagement and revenue by leveraging data analytics to inform decision-making across digital marketing scope & its operation.

- Engage with clients to identify key strategic challenge(s) and business, marketing and digital needs to be addressed.

- Implement best practices for user experience, conversion optimization, and customer satisfaction.

- Ensure compliance with data protection and online security regulations.

- Strong leadership qualities by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages professional growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve business performance.

Experience:

- Any graduate/ post-graduate with 11+ years of experience either with marketing service provider or with large e-commerce shared services.

- Ability to think end-to-end and position complex business solutions with consideration for impact on all relevant business operations as a whole

- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- Excellent communication & organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
