About the Role:

- We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Ecommerce Media Specialists to join our team at a leading Pharmaceutical Industry.

- In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving online sales growth by developing and executing impactful media strategies across various eCommerce platforms, primarily focusing on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic media plans across key eCommerce platforms, including Amazon Ads, with a focus on driving brand awareness, consideration, and conversions.

- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e. , Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP) on Amazon and other relevant platforms.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, identify key insights, and develop actionable recommendations to improve ROI.

- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and optimize campaign strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e. , marketing, sales, product) to ensure alignment and maximize campaign effectiveness.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the eCommerce ecosystem.

- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in eCommerce advertising technologies and best practices.

Qualifications:

- Education: Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Marketing or a related field is a strong plus.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the digital media space, preferably within a media agency, trading desk, or in-house eCommerce team.

Technical Skills:

- Hands-on experience in buying eCommerce media on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Skai, or Pacvue.

- Strong understanding of CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) specificities and category management principles.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e. , Excel, SQL, data visualization platforms)
