We are looking for an E-commerce Manager for a Globl Pharmaceutical MNC based in Bangalore
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic E-Commerce Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and extensive experience in managing e-commerce operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive growth and enhance the online presence of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the e-commerce strategy to drive online sales growth and enhance customer experience.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, IT, and supply chain to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce activities.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Manage relationships with external partners such as digital agencies, payment gateways, and logistics providers.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all e-commerce activities.
Qualifications:
- MBA from a Premier B-School.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales, followed by 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through e-commerce channels.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer segmentation strategies.
