We are looking for an experienced and dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the apparel or beauty categories.

They will play a key role in driving online sales and ensuring smooth operations across e-commerce platforms, leveraging their expertise in retail metrics, MS Excel, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations:

- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e- commerce platforms.

- Ensure accurate and timely uploads of inventory and product information.

- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Reporting and Analytics:

- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports.

- Track and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and platform metrics to identify trends and opportunities.

- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, traffic, and average order value (AOV).

Retail Metrics and Insights:

- Utilize retail metrics to optimize product performance and align with business goals.

- Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark pricing, promotions, and product performance.

Creative and Strategic Thinking:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing online visibility and engagement.

- Propose and implement innovative ideas to improve the customer shopping experience.

- Contribute to the planning and execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.

Digital Marketing (Optional):

- Assist with basic digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns for e-commerce platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: 2-4 years in e-commerce, preferably in apparel or beauty categories.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)

Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis.

- Strong understanding of retail metrics and e-commerce operations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Passion for growth, learning, and staying updated with industry trends.

Bonus Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
