Role & Responsibilities
- Strategically allocating budgets across various growth levers to optimize performance and ROI.
- Own revenue & PnL for multiple Ecommerce Marketplaces - Secondary offtakes, primaries, promotions, marketing visibility and operations.
- Responsible for the growth/demand charter for the categories end to end across all channels.
- Exploring, experimenting and implementing new growth levers and ensuring both growth and Profitability metrics are met.
- Oversee a team of marketplaces & operations for multiple categories.
- Own the customer experience for brands on all online channels.
- Relationship management across all Marketplace channel partners, planning for marketing budgets spent across channels.
- Reports to and consults with upper management and executives, as needed, to help drive strategic organizational and platform growth.
Desired Experience and Skills
Education: Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
Years of Experience: 6-8 years in Ecommerce
