Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and creative Ecommerce Creative Director to join our growing jewellery company in Gurugram. As the Ecommerce Creative Director, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the creative direction of our online presence, ensuring that all digital content, visual assets, and design work align with our brand identity. You will work closely with the marketing and design teams to create compelling, high-quality visuals that elevate our online store and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction: Lead the creative vision and design strategy for all ecommerce platforms, ensuring a visually engaging and user-friendly experience for customers.

Brand Consistency: Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging, tone, and aesthetics across all digital platforms (website, social media, email marketing, etc.).

Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content, including product photography, videos, graphics, and other visual assets for the ecommerce store.

Campaign Management: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute digital campaigns that drive traffic and increase sales.

Website Design & User Experience: Work with web development teams to ensure the design of the website is aesthetically appealing, easy to navigate, and optimized for conversions.

Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, ecommerce best practices, and digital marketing strategies to ensure the brand remains competitive in the jewellery market.

Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the ecommerce, marketing, and sales teams to align creative efforts with business goals.

Content Strategy: Develop and implement strategies for product page visuals, banners, and promotional material that resonate with target audiences.

Performance Tracking: Track the performance of creative assets and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and analytics.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior designers and creative staff, ensuring high-quality outputs while meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a creative leadership role, specifically within the ecommerce industry or jewellery sector.

Creative Vision: Strong ability to conceptualize and execute design strategies that align with brand goals and resonate with the target audience.

Ecommerce Design: Experience working with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.) and understanding of how design affects user experience and conversion rates.

Product Photography & Video: Experience with product photography, video production, and editing for ecommerce use (knowledge of jewellery-specific styling is a plus).

Design Software Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.

Trend Awareness: Deep understanding of the latest trends in ecommerce, digital design, and the jewellery market.

Collaboration Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, etc.) and external agencies or freelancers.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality visual content.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting creative concepts and leading creative discussions.

Leadership: Ability to lead and inspire a team of designers while managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
