- Business Development & Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with senior-level leaders in schools, educational institutions, and other relevant platforms.

- Identify and develop new business opportunities by leveraging an extensive network in the education sector.

- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

- Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.

- Conduct market research to identify potential partners and stay updated on industry trends and competition.

- Plan and manage end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing deals.

- Field Operations: Actively engage in fieldwork when required to establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.

- Organize and attend meetings, presentations, and events to showcase the organization's offerings.

- Provide on-site support and training to clients as needed.

- Reporting & Insights: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and client interactions in CRM tools.

- Analyze sales data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports to senior management.

- Requirements Professional Experience: Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the education sector.

- A strong network with schools, educational platforms, or institutions like Aakash, Byju's, or similar organizations is highly desirable.

- Experience in interacting with senior leaders and decision-makers across businesses.

- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Personal Attributes: A self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results.

- Flexibility to work in the field when required and adapt to changing business needs.

- High levels of professionalism and integrity in dealing with clients and internal teams.

- Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

- Prior experience with leading organizations in the EdTech or educational services space.
