Key Responsibilities:

- Community Engagement: Be the voice of the company across various online channels like social media, forums, and community platforms.

- Actively engage with members, fostering a sense of belonging and connection.

- Content Creation & Curation: Develop and curate engaging content (text, visual, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

- Manage and schedule content strategically across community platforms.

- Community Moderation: Monitor and moderate online conversations, ensuring a safe, respectful, and productive environment for all members.

- Customer Support: Provide prompt and professional responses to community member questions, concerns, and feedback.

- Event Planning & Execution: Plan, organize, and host online events (Webinars, AMAs, etc.) on industry and brand-related topics.

- Oversee successful execution of these events.

- Analytics & Reporting: Track key community engagement metrics, analyze data, and provide insightful reports with recommendations for improvement.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to maintain a unified community strategy.

- Advocacy: Identify and nurture brand advocates and influencers within the community ecosystem.

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience as a Community Manager with a proven track record of success.

- Experience managing online communities and facilitating large-scale events.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on clarity and conciseness.

- Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Familiarity with handling communications with business leaders via email and calls.

- A creative mind that can generate engaging content and brainstorm ideas to boost community engagement.

- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for building strong relationships and providing exceptional experiences.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field
