Key Account Manager - Modern Trade/LFR
We have an opportunity for Key Account Manager role for Mumbai.
NOTE : Current location should be Mumbai.
- Must have exposure handling the Modern Trade accounts at National level
- Must have exposure into Sell-in
Key Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage business relationship with large retailers (Reliance / Croma / Shoppers Stop)
- End to end account management - SPOC for all business-related requirement of Key Account
- Able to plan and execute retail marketing initiatives with the marketing teams of Retailers and Dyson marketing. Understands retail marketing, budgeting and execution
- Engage with various functions at retailers for smooth business relationships - Operations, Finance, Marketing & SOH teams.
- Analyze sales trends & engage with regional sales teams to improve productivity.
- Ensure monthly and qtrly targets are met.
Key Qualifications and Competencies
- Approx 8 to 10 years work ex. Min 5 years in Account management with LFRs.
- Preference from consumer tech industry, Durables / Appliances or Mobile or IT.
- Smart friendly presentable with very good communication skills.
- Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- The ability to build rapport with key clients.
- The ability to handle multiple client accounts.
- Strong negotiation and leadership skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
