Role Position: OTC Senior Consultant

Skills:

- This role will be responsible for applying business and technical expertise to support, design and implement existing or new or revised business functionality into our global SAP ECC system.

- This role will work in different projects across multiple business functions specializing in SAP SD (Sales processes, Credit Control, Pricing, Global ATP, Replenishment, Warehouse Management, Use of BW HANA and other analytics tools).

- Hands-on experience with SAP SD, integration with MM and FI

- Strong knowledge in the integration with Logistic Services provider for all EDI messages related to replenishment, shipments and stock management interfaces, using Idocs and XML files.

- Strong experience in the EDI integration with Customers.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration with MM and FI modules.

- Must have strong analytical skills with ability to quickly assess problems, gather relevant information, determine the root causes, and drive solution and design recommendations.

- Excellent communication skills in technical/business language, strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

- Strong skills with capacity to handle workshops sessios, user acceptance testing sessions and any relationship with business.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Project implementation experience in SAP S/4 HANA and knowledge in APO are a plus.

- Understand business requirements, analyze business needs, identify gaps, document requirements, propose, design, and implement solutions, including localization.

System Design: Documenting requirements and developing solutions using standard or custom SAP functionality. Recommending alternatives when multiple options are available.

Developing Solutions: Perform SAP System Configuration, document functional requirements for custom development, execute appropriate system tests (Unit Testing, Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing), writing system/user documentation, train end users on functionality.

Production Support: Troubleshoot system issues, detailed technical analysis, and apply solutions.

Business/Process Knowledge: Develop understanding of core functional areas.

Train end-users on SAP SD functionality and best practices.

Education/Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP SD.

- Must be fluent in the English language (speak, read, write).

- Position based in India, preferably in Gurgaon, availability to travel 25% internationally.
