Associate Vice President - Investment Banking (Middle Management)

- Assist Senior management in complete cycle of the deal

- Maintain market intelligence of investment opportunities

- Create client presentations, proposals, engagement letters, term sheets etc.

- Business development for target sectors

- Building relationships with key decision makers of target companies

- Tracking key developments in the target sector

- Coordinate internal resources and train and develop junior resources.

- Manage, educate and develop banking analysts and associates

- Leveraging memberships in industry bodies and corporate at appropriate level

The Ideal Candidate should be an MBA/CA with minimum 4 years of experience in investment banking space.
