Job description

You will be an integral part of the Investment Banking team work on Mergers & Acquisition and Private Equity transactions.

Day to Day Responsibilities

- Understanding and preparing financial models, information memorandums, opportunity briefs, and other deal collaterals.

- Work on multiple engagements to provide transaction support such as undertaking sector, industry, and company research.

Role Requirements

- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel with Strong financial modelling skills.

- Ability to organize and track overlapping tasks and assignments, with frequent priority changes.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.

- Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in understanding market events.

- Must display strong verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Candidate profile

- CA/MBA from reputed university with 3-6 years of experience in financial domain, preferably in Investment Banking.

- Strong academic background.

- Preference for commerce/financial education but not essential.
