Dynaflex - Manager - Logistics & Warehouse

- This position is responsible for developing the Logistics & Warehouse strategy for the organization in close coordination with the senior management for their eCommerce and traditional businesses.

- Identify, Define and implement cost controlling measures to cut-down on logistics expenses.

- Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.

- Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training records.

- Analyse the financial impact of proposed logistics changes, such as routing, shipping modes, product volumes or mixes, or carriers to ensure "Last Mile Delivery" at multiple destinations.

- Responsible for operational management of multi locational warehouse facilities/staff, shipping and receiving, pick and pack processes, inventory organization and counts, space planning.

- Integrate and communicate with all stakeholders of the areas above with adequate status reports.

- Safeguard warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols

- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconcile with data storage system.

- Direct inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.

- Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.

- Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery.

- Negotiate transportation rates or services.

- Use IT systems to manage stock levels, delivery times and transport costs

Incumbent should be/have :

- Any graduate / post graduate having exposure of setting up Warehouse & Logistic Functions.

- Minimum 7-10 Yrs. of Experience.

- Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion

- Demonstrated independent work initiative, sound judgement, diplomacy, analytical ability and professional demeanour

- Experience of managing multiple warehouses & multi location deliveries

- Experience with e-commerce / logistics industry will be preferred
