Summary :

- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization's marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal.

- Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, communications and public relations. Directs the efforts of the marketing, communications and public relations staff and coordinates at the strategic and tactical levels with the other functions of the Organization.

- Holds P & L Responsibility and ensures significant contribution in organisational future plan for growth.

Description :

- Responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the organisation in close co-ordination with the senior management based on organisational objectives & verticals and ensure its timely implementation of the same.

- Develop annual marketing plan for the organisation; for strategic market planning, market research programmes, field force activities, and control of the marketing budget. Contribute in the conceptualization, execution and measurement of each marketing initiatives.

- To analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback

- Define product strategy. This includes understanding market scenario and devise strategy to introduce or launch new products for Dynaflex.

- Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings and identify opportunities & new markets for Dynaflex Products.

- Ensure articulation of Organisation's desired image and position, assure consistent communication of image and position.

- Develop media strategy for better brand visibility. Devise robust media plan to ensure desired output.

- Collaborate with sales to develop strategic partnership activities and implement the execution framework and strategic plan on identified opportunities.

- Analyse market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback.

- Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

- Nurture and enrich all external perceptions of the company and growth of market share.
