Dy Manager/Manager/Sr Manager - HR & IR

A Chennai headquartered Cement Manufacturing Company is looking for Deputy Manager, Manager and Senior Manger- HR & IR from manufacturing industry--Chennai.

Experience 10-15 years.

- There are two vacancies one in Core HR and the other with Core IR to work from Corporate office reporting to Head of HR at Corporate, Chennai.

Core HR Experience:

- Must have handled entire life cycle of HR Operations and must be strong in Performance Management, Compensation, Retention, Training and Development, Employee Engagement.

Core IR Experience:

- Must have worked in Manufacturing set up in factory and also must have worked in Corporate for few years. As this involves a strategic support role for all IR activities at multi locational factories across the country.

- The candidate must have exposure to Union, Labor negotiations, Statutory Compliance's, Wage Settlement, Strike and must have signed agreements with the Union's in the past.

- Should be strong in liaising with Statutory agencies like Inspector of Factories, Commissioner of PF, ESI etc in Tamil Nadu, especially Chennai.

- For Core HR role, candidates from other Cities can also be considered whereas for Core IR role only candidates from Tamil Nadu factory exposure and Corporate exposure need apply.

- Must be 1st Class MBA (HR), MSW or Post Graduation in HRM. The candidates must have done Post graduations/MBA/MSW full time.

Salary is Competitive and will not be a constraint for the right candidates.
