The Digital Cockpit practice as part of Luxoft automotive delivers stunning user experience to our customers.

We develop IVI systems from pixel to silicon and apply agile methodologies to tackle challenging projects in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities:

- Product Management for Software Factory products delivering end to end solutions to Luxoft internal development teams and external clients.

Software Factory scope includes:.

- Way of Working, Organizational transformation.

- Processes, Regulatory Management and Quality.

- DevOps, CICD and Automation.

- Virtualization and Test Strategy.

Core responsibilities of the role:

- Governance and orchestration of product architecture, requirements.

- Define scope of Software Factory products considering input from clients, internal stakeholders and technical leads.

- Management of communication and strategy towards roadmap.

- Defending product development scope and teams from external requirements.

- Internal and external client presentation of product releases.

- Team spirit and mindset towards product development.

Mandatory Skills:.

- 7+ years automotive experience in Product Development for managed services or other license models.

- Automotive system experience in multiple domains like AD, IVI, Middleware,.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Leadership skill for diverse technical team.

- Hands-on Software Development background.

Nice-to-Have Skills:.

- Deep software development experience with Automotive HPC systems for different domains.

Languages:.

- English: C2 Proficient.
