- Looking for DVP/VP (EMT) based at either Ahmedabad or Bangalore. Experience in microfinance institution prioritised.

Profile Overview - The Lead Product for MFIB should be responsible for leading the development, management and growth of the products and service designed to financial inclusion.

- The role requires high strategic thinking and passion about leveraging the innovative solutions to bridge the gap for the business.

- Should closely work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and other key departments like finance, risk and compliance.

- Candidate must have leadership and general management experience from a microfinance company.
