DVP/VP - Finance & Accounts - BFS

Accounting:

1. Manage a team of 8 colleagues

2. Prepare Monthly / Quarterly / half yearly / yearly closing of financials under Ind AS along with notes to accounts

3. Handling of statutory audit / Internal audit / RBI Inspection

4. Managing vendor payments and employee reimbursement

5. To manage bank authorisations and BRS

6. ECL calculation

7. Automation of various manual process and process excellence

Taxation and Statutory Compliances:

1. Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly submission of RBI returns

2. Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly submission of GST returns

3. Monthly TDS payments / Quarterly filling of TDS returns

4. Provision for Tax, Advance Tax and annual income tax return filling

5. Income tax and GST assessment and scrutiny

Management Reporting:

1. Various MIS reports to investors and top management

2. Budget vs Actual PL performance and reasons for deviations

3. Vertical-wise P&L (ROA Tree)

4. Preparation of 1yr / 5 yr budget

Fund Raising & Fund Management:

1. Working on Capital Structure of the Company in form of debt and equity; Raise funds through PE route & debt financing

2. Search for various avenues for Cost Reduction.

3. Managing Bankers for fund and non-fund based facilities, ensuring various banking compliance requirements, raising of long term loans from Financial Institutions, etc.

4. Coordination: Interaction with Bankers for Execution of Term Loans, working capital, NCD's and other Structured Products, Cash Flow & Funds flow statements. Interaction with Rating Agencies.

5. Monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives.

6. Carry out financial modeling & in-house study for future scale up & provide financial inputs for company's future growth engine.

7. Continuous focus on reducing Cost of Fund
