DVP/VP - DCM - Wealth Sales & Execution
About the Company/Business:
Debt Capitals Market (DCM) team is part of the Wholesale Banking Group. The team works across sectors to structure & procure debt financing solutions across situations like balance sheet funding, structured financing, project financing, sustainable financing, sub-debt, securitization of receivables, acquisitions financing, Real Estate etc.
Specification:
The RM will be handling DCM's end to end process with respect to handling of wealth Managers relationships to distribute NCD originated to the end HNI clients of these wealth managers or family offices. The role will require the RM to manage relationship with issuer and all wealth partners, family offices and corporate treasuries and lead execution of trade settlement transactions.
Deliverables;
- To oversee preparation of termsheet, transaction documents, assessment note and close coordination with Credit while doing underwriting of NCDs / Loans.
- To assist limit set-up amongst funding partners and approvals from respective product team of various wealth managers.
- Taking approvals and overseeing sell-down trades
- Closure of deal including sanctions, documentation and funding
- Maintain issuer wise feedback from all investors
- Developing pitches with financing solutions basis Do-ability assessment and investor feedback
- Working with sales team and prospective investors for placements
- MIS reporting on transactions on a regular basis
- Working independently as well as in a team.
Relationships:
- Internal clients- RMs ,Credit, BIU, Product, Treasury, Internal Audit
- External clients - Issuer/Borrowers, Wealth, Legal Counsels, Rating Agency, Trustee, etc
Qualification and Experience:
- Qualifications: CA / MBA
- Experience profile of at least 5-10 years
- Should have experience of working with wealth firms, understanding the fixed income product landscape from a HNI perspective and alternatives.
- Understanding on SEBI Listing regulations, EBP Guidelines, Trade settlement, Companies Act.
- Understanding of regulatory framework, legal and operational aspects relevant to debt raising and executing.

- Mental flexibility, regulatory awareness to structure and execute deals across situations
- Financial modelling and Financial Analysis
