DVP/VP - Accounts & Commercial

- Responsible for Listed Co. Financials - Reporting Quarterly/Annual Results to Board.

- Leading Accounts (Plant/Corporate/Project/ Financial accounts, AR/AP), Finance (Treasury, Banking and Commercial functions , Taxation & other Compliances, SAP Automation at the Co. level.

- Review of monthly financials and presenting to CMD and ED of Parent and Subsidiaries/Associates.

- Managing Compliance: Taxation (Direct and Indirect Tax), RBI, FEMA, stock exchange, CSR and SEBI, legal

- Project Governance set up (Capitalization) & funding of large capex turnkey projects

- Overseeing Commercial, Legal framework and bringing more proactiveness and solving related issues

- Formation of various policies, procedures, norms & Matrix, ensuring sound internal controls

- Driven company level Long term and Annual Operating Business Plan and Reporting of variance

- Formulated various Plant operation matters: Plant overheads Policy, Inventory Policy, yield mgmt., BOM

- Strategic Business and Commercial decision-making support to CMD/ ED, with KPIs like payback, IRR, ROI

- Analysis on Fresh Capex planning, Product pricing and costing analysis , New Capex and Product proposals.
