Reportees: 3 AM's (one each at Chennai, Mumbai & Delhi)

- Should have been a part of the Strategic Team of Bulk Hiring / Sales Hiring with some Campus Placement experience
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create, resource and lead a talent acquisition specialism.
- Define, create and own Talent Acquisition strategy to work with other key strategies such as Bulk Hiring, Campus hiring, Diversity and Inclusion.
- Provide an in-house, end to end recruitment service to the business for all permanent hires
- Work with the HR Business Partners and Business leaders to build out their individual strategies using data to help inform this strategy.
- Work in partnership with the talent and performance partner to build an internal and external pipeline of talent to ensure the business gets the right person at the right time for optimal performance
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies for bringing in top talent
- Design and implement creative solutions for filling vacancies
- Coach and guide managers on hiring best practices
- Make recommendations about new hiring opportunities, operational efficiencies and industry advancements
- Work closely and in alignment with talent and performance partner - linking in on talent strategy, people reporting and talent development
- Establish and own our social media presence for recruiting
- Lead and establish recruitment events that build on our strong employer brand
