DVP/Senior Director - Finance Shared Services - Retail Chain

Looking for a Sr Director-Finance Shared Services for a Global Banking MNC.

Experience : 15 years+

- Experience in GIC is a Must.

- Experience in leading global large teams setting up Shared service centers is desirable.

Role Responsibilities :

- To establish (F&A) shared services, ensuring these are operated efficiently and effectively and in compliance with business controls.

- Result-focused with proven ability to build, manage and mentor large high performing teams at multiple locations (lead 500 + team)

-Skills in managing global and cross cultural teams in matrix environment at multiple locations

- Establishes, transitions, and drives robust processes to support F&A operations, ensures these processes are aligned with the organization priorities and standards, follow timelines and mitigate risks.

- Oversees the Corporate Finance function encompassing Accounting reporting, financial planning analysis and tax compliance.

- Partnering with Industry teams to understand current & emerging needs/trends in the marketplace to develop solutions, Partners with COE and Innovation groups based on operational metrics and feedback,

- Responsible to establish and maintain a process for tracking/monitoring process performance across all F&A process areas, including establishment of SLAs/performance standards and regular reporting of process metrics/performance.
