About our Client - Our Client is one of the leading Indian banks with their presence in over 15 countries and committed to their strong expansion plans globally. They have invested heavily in their Analytics setup based in Mumbai. They are looking for someone who can play a critical role in heading up the entire function of Modeling and data sciences division with direct exposure to the leadership of the Bank and strategist the growth of the bank.

Job Description - Reporting to the Business head, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the analytics team for Retail Loans and payment products

- Driving business insights based on data

- Creating competitive advantage for business through the use of analytics

- Fostering a culture of analytic decision making across the retails loans and payments business

- Driving business value through more optimized data based decision making

- Ensuring that valuation framework (life time value) is created and is being used for all retail assets products and credit card business lice cycle.

- Ensuring that risk models for all retail asset products and credit card is developed and implemented (both at application level and customer management level).

- Ensuring risk deep dive for all retail asset products and credit card on monthly/quarterly basis.

- Identifying key indicators and monitoring them on periodic basis.

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you have over 10 years of relevant experience in the financial services domain and/ or analytics functions. You delve in to a complex problem and solve it by using large amounts of data. You are able to simplify as appropriate to cut to the core issue and present the findings. You are a Sharp analytical thinker and are Well-versed in dealing with numbers and large quantities of data.
