HRBP with 6-10 years experience in BFSI industry is MANDATORY.
HRBP for PAN India
7-10 days of travelling will be involved.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategic HR Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges, and develop HR plans and initiatives to address them.
- Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
- Compensation and Benefits: Provide guidance on compensation strategies, salary reviews, and benefits administration.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs and work with L&D teams to design and implement employee development programs.
- HR Policy and Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and legal requirements, maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Organizational Development: Assist in organizational restructuring, change management, and succession planning.
- Data Analysis: Utilize HR data and analytics to make informed decisions and recommendations.
- Employee Engagement: Foster a positive work environment and employee engagement by implementing initiatives and conducting surveys.
