Responsibilities :

It's a National role, the person is supposed to manage a team PAN India.

Required Qualifications :

- Strong Experience in Corporate Sales (B2B sales).

- Act as a door opener into corporates.

- Strong Communication Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base in the allotted region

- Develop specific plans to ensure both long and short-term growth of business

- Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals

- Set objectives for sales representatives, monitor their performance, coach and retain them

- Take ownership and accountability of the business development team in terms of reaching targets

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Review the regional expenses and recommend improvements wherever necessary

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Take responsibility for growing particular market segments.
