DVP - Business Analyst - Credits Cards

This position will be responsible for leading various deployment projects related to Credit cards and providing the functional and technical assistance to the Credit Cards Business team on the various initiatives, new product launches and support related activities for the credit cards management (Vision Plus) and the associated systems used in the bank.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage the end to end implementation of new system functionality, including designing the operations processes and the accounting entries

- Be the one point contact for the Credit cards business team for any system related consultancy and support

- Coordinate with Technology partners/vendors, operations and call center teams for gathering requirements and getting it developed or suggest work around solutions to meet the same

- Ensure that the existing Vision Plus system capabilities are fully exploited and the requirements met through parameters changes rather than opting for code changes

- Ensure quality testing and proper user training

- Manage any critical issues that may come up during and after implementation

Qualifications : Post Graduate

Experience : Essential 10+ years of experience as business analyst or operations user

- Knowledge on Vision plus system

- Understanding of Indian regulatory requirements on credit cards

- Understanding of the working of the MasterCard payment systems and the process flows associated with credit cards e.g. Authorization, Settlement etc.

- Should have managed implementation of process and system functionalities / training as part of the job.

- Should have overall understanding of the working of various credit card processes like origination, underwriting, account boarding, card embossing, transaction billing and statements generation, card replacements, payment application, delinquency and collections management, disputes management, rewards and loyalty programs etc.

Preferred : Technical Skills :

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, SQL, Mainframes
