DVP/AVP - Sales - Retail/Commercial Space - Real Estate

Role : DVP / AVP-Sales ( Retail / Commercial Real Estate Sales ) ( Real Estate Industry)

Location : Delhi NCR / Mumbai ( 1 Each Location)

Experience : 12 to 20 years

Educational Qualification : MBA (Marketing) - Full-time course

Responsibility :

- Plan sales and marketing strategy for each and all Retail / Commercial Projects

- Develop a network and engage with various channel partners/brokers & promote sales

- Participate in active marketing initiatives, attending industry events, exhibitions

- Being abreast of the developments in the Retail /Commercial real estate sector.

- Manage team

- Sell Retail / Commercial properties in Delhi NCR / Mumbai market

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices

- Understand clients- needs and propose solutions that suit them best

- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them

- Manage daily routine calls for self and team

- Someone who is flexible to travel frequently

- Well versed with Delhi NCR / Mumbai geography

Remarks : Good command over English; Should have worked in Real Estate sector; Should be highly energetic and enthusiastic
