Hiring for Product Manager - LAP, HF & Unsecured Asset with a leading NBFC - Mumbai   Grade: DVP / AVP   Drafting the product programs, covering customer segment, competition, credit policy, pricing policy, Product profitability, launch plans covering sales & service models.   Getting the requisite internal approvals, for same for launch  Formulating the application forms, disbursement pack, ongoing customer communication needs (EMI reminders, re-pricing, PTQ, PDD etc) &complaint management  Working with teams to get the technology platforms to deliver to superior customer experience as well as automate across LeS, LoS& LMS  Ongoing pricing management for new and existing loans, including insurance at on-boarding & fee income on portfolio   Devising top-up policies, Analysing portfolio profitability (part prepayment & prepayment trends and implement effective strategies to optimise portfolio size/prepayment penalties).  Portfolio preparation for securitisation/assignment, preparation of information memorandum, negotiation with credit rating agencies, participation in discussions/negotiations with investors  Origination: Identification of sourcing strategies and channels, DSA enrolment, DSA pay out and incentive plan design, sales force incentive plans, event planning and execution, assessment of effectiveness of channels, managing gross and net cost of acquisition  Branch/city profitability analysis with a view to meet the granular annual corporate plans P&L   Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and associated changes from time to time.  Vendor relationships custodian for origination, tie-up with cross sell partners including insurance companies, negotiate remuneration agreements, monitor and manage remuneration pay-outs LAP, Housing Finance, unsecured SME loans are the products are envisaged to be covered
