DVP / AVP - Segment Marketing - Broking - MUMBAI


Key Accountabilities:

Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:

- Responsible for managing value proposition for HNI Trader clients.

- Drive product and lifestyle innovations.

- Designing and executing strategic alliances with brands / partners catering to specific needs of HNI Trader clients.

- Design and delivery of differentiated service experience.

- Design product campaign and differentiated communication strategy.

- Partner with decision management & finance team to monitor customer revenue to proposition revenue.

- Review customer service metrics, operational processes & implement changes to improve the overall customer experience along-side compliance requirements.

Job Duties & responsibilitie:

- Create top of the line experience for HNI Trader clients.

- Drive and manage the growth of portfolio of clients by upgrading lower tier clients & new clients to affluent segment by extensive use of analytics & direct marketing.

- Gathering competitor information and aligning opportunities for differentiated positioning of product and services.

- Get new partners for deepening the wallet share of existing customers and acquire new customers.

- Drive innovative solutions, ways to engage and communicate with customers and segment owner.

- Design & drive product & life cycle campaigns and differentiated communication strategy

Job qualification & experience (Preferred):

- Master's degree with specialization in Marketing from a recognised institute

- Experience of at least 5 years in BFSI with knowledge in Marketing management or Customer campaign management.

- Broking Product - Knowledge on F&O, Commodity & Currency derivatives and Stocks & IPO will be an added advantage.
