JD:
- We're seeking an accomplished professional with 6-8 years of experience to lead our F&A team.
- The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in statutory compliances, Tax, audits, accounting, and corporate finance.
- The F&A Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial planning within the organization.
- The F&A manager will report into the CFO
Responsibilities :
Tax & Compliance Management:
- Oversee and manage tax and compliance litigation.
- Ensure compliance with TDS, GST, PF, PT, Shop Establishment, and other relevant regulations.
- Ensure timely and accurate annual ROC filings.
- Manage the timely completion of audits, including tax audits, statutory audits, internal audits, and group audits.
Financial Operations & Uniformity:
- Drive uniformity across client and vendor onboarding processes.
- Implement segregation of duties, periodic review of books of account, compliance, and reconciliation.
- Ensure proper flow and allocation of corporate costs.
- Execute month-end financial processes, including reconciliation, accruals, and adjustments.
- Manage cash flow & working capital via effectively monitoring
Debtors & Creditors Others:
- Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring accurate and timely financial analysis.
- Build & maintain relationships with Bankers, Auditors & other stake holders.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the F&A function.
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather accurate information & in the capacity as a finance controller.
Requirement :
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Master's degree or professional certification (CA is highly preferred).
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in finance, with expertise in tax compliance, auditing.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools
