Responsibilities :
- Develop and nurture meaningful client relationships based on delivering value, quality, and responsiveness.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring their objectives are met.
- Partner with Strategy, Creative, Production, and other necessary disciplines to achieve the overall creative and strategic vision.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Manage the overall flow of work, tasks, and approvals from client briefs to the final delivery of produced deliverables.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of project tracking systems, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop comprehensive brand plans that align with the client's long-term objectives and marketing goals.
- Provide insights-led solutions for brand challenges through Provocative Planning and other media tools.
- Work independently on media briefs, demonstrating a complete understanding of the client portfolio.
- Present a 360-degree media approach, incorporating various digital marketing channels.
Skills :
- Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to mitigate risks.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Proven ability to negotiate effectively to secure the best deals for clients.
- Experience in advertising / Digital Marketing organization is mandatory
