Location: Bangalore, Corporate Office
Experience: 2-4 years
Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred
- The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone.
- The ideal candidate is highly motivated, results-driven, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities: -
1. Prospect and qualify potential customers through cold calling- lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and requirements, and effectively communicate how our products or services can meet those needs.
- Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the business team to identify strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' products.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and improve marketing strategies.
10. Continuously strive to improve sales skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
11. This is a Sales Target based role.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
