Consumer centricity:
- Lead the development of brand positioning, strategy for consistent long-term brand planning.
- Create a roadmap to drive strategies to the end, starting from bringing relevant consumer inputs to the table and completing the exercise
- Work with the right partners to generate consumer insights to develop brand positioning
- Build communication platform in line with the positioning of the brand to further drive brand salience and consumer preference
- Lead the execution of 360-degree marketing plans for one of our category, by collaborating with the ecosystem internal (media, digital, influencers, supply procurement) & external (design & creative agencies, merchandisers, offline & online distributors, auditors, etc.).
- To design and implement all aspects of the GTM for new product launches within the category.
- Be the voice of the consumer. Be on top of industry & market knowledge & consumer understanding (inside & outside Duroflex) of what customers buy and why.
- Develop plans in alignment with category & consumer needs.
- Having a sound understanding of market research, able to conduct brand tracking and other ad-hoc projects
- Curious enough to make the best use of internal data available (Digital, CRM, sales, etc)
