Segment Sales Leader - Kevlar Industrial

Job Description :
General Duties :
- Develop a business model that enable demand creation of Kevlar- cut protection gloves and establish the product category in the relevant market segments in India.
- Focus on developing the market access/reach building / leveraging strategic partnership and build appropriate channel strategy
- Help identify and prioritize market segment making sure early success and build scale
- Build standard in the industry enabling market expansion
- Strategic partnership with key account like OEM, end users e.g. Auto Cos and converter like large knitting companies / textile mills.
- Expand cut protection market in relevant segment, e.g. adventure sport apparel etc.
- Work with marketing team to help explore and enhance Kevlar- brand opportunity
- Develop a robust sales & distribution model
- Manage large key a/cs located in SriLanka taking guidance from the global team.
Job Qualifications :
Education :
- Engineering undergraduate, preferably Textile Technology or any safety / protection domain
- A MBA will be added advantage
Experience : 8-10 years experience.
Skills :
- Strong marketing skill, capable of conceptualize a demand creation / pull by developing strategy / strategic business model and effectively execute.
- Build strategic market access model to create penetration
- Value in use analysis, understand and effectively communicate value proposition
- Lead technical discussion at customer safety team, be part of the technical committee and help build standard
- Ability to lead from the front, capability to handle value chains that could encompass large textile mill to PPE dealer
- Capable of handling distributors / dealers
- Capable of handling large global accounts
- Passionate, innovative in developing new market segment
