Job Description :

Purpose of Position :

- As Global ERP "Buy side" Service Delivery Leader for DuPont, the candidate will be responsible for functional ERP application portfolios supporting DuPont buy side business processes. The supported application portfolio includes SRM, Requisition To Pay (RTP) associated modules in ECC, other legacy Sourcing and Logistics systems, and Vendor Master Data as it relates to supporting required technology integration across all assets within the portfolio.

The ERP "Buy Side" Service Delivery Leader will work very closely with the Global Vendor Master Data Domain Lead to ensure the appropriate systems integration in support of process and data standardization across the portfolio.

The ERP "Buy Side" Service Delivery Leader will also be responsible for interfacing with the BPO community to :

- Manage and coordinate change(s) impacting the application portfolio

- Lead incident response efforts within service delivery for any incidents impacting the application portfolio

- Manage overall service delivery supply (Suppliers and DuPont) to deliver against prioritized enhancement and break/fix demand

- Communicate, socialize, and integrate change and release plans with overall release scheduler

- Coordinate change / release testing from non-impact through operational readiness testing (ORT)

- Provide consult by identifying and communicating service delivery implications of changes to business process standards

Key Responsibilities include the following associated with the Buy Side ERP application portfolio :

- Responsible for integrated incident and problem management

- Responsible for change, release management, and testing associated with non-impact, operational readiness, and transition acceptance

- Responsible for communications and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders impacted, or potentially impacted, by service disruption, additions, changes, and/or reductions in service

- Responsible for service delivery decisions made to ensure application service level targets are met or exceeded (e.g. performance and availability)

- Responsible for information security and compliance

- Responsible for end-to-end asset inventory and documentation

- Responsible for disaster recovery and business continuity planning

- Responsible for 24x7 365 support

Job Qualifications :

Skills, Education and Experience :

- At least 5 years of relevant functional configuration experience with specialization in requisition to pay

- Strong Knowledge of SAP ECC 6.0

- Bachelor's degree

Leadership Competencies :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Managing externally contracted team resources.

- Ability to work with cross functional global teams

Technical Competencies :

- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies

- Full cycle implementations of SAP modules

- Experience working with Vendors, SLAs, product roadmaps, and support lifecycles

- ITIL certifications preferred
