DuPont - Business Analyst - Finance Domain

Job Description :

Purpose of Position :

- The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the integration of new projects, large enhancements, and overall build activity for DuPont DuPont's - financial business processes, including Financial accounting, Controlling, Business Finance, Financial business reporting, Credit management, Risk management, Treasury etc.

- The supported application portfolio includes SAP FICO and other associated modules in SAP. The candidate should also have good knowledge in handling SAP MM, SD, PP, PS integration.

The candidate will also be responsible for interfacing with the business facing i.e. BPO community to :

- Support and ensure the proper integration of all project change(s) impacting the solution / application portfolio

- Provide consulting by identifying, communicating, influencing, and defining solution architecture to ensure seamless integration of project-initiated change into the solution portfolio supporting the in-scope business process area.

Key Responsibilities include the following :

- Responsible for end-to-end solution architecture and integration of new solutions into the application solution portfolio

- Responsible for operational transition of new solutions into service delivery

- Manages supply response to functional ERP project demand for in-scope business process area

Job Qualifications :

Skills, Education and Experience :

- At least 5 years of relevant functional configuration experience with specialization

- Experience of working in Agriculture industry preferred

- Strong Knowledge of SAP FICO - GL, Global AP/Tax and EBS skill sets

- Domain experience in Finance, with CA or similar background

Leadership Competencies :

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Managing externally contracted team resources.

- Ability to work with cross functional global teams

Technical Competencies :

- Strong understanding of various SDLC methodologies

- At least 2 Full cycle implementations of SAP

- Experience working with Vendors, product road-maps and support life-cycles

- ITIL certifications preferred
