HR Business Partner - Post Order We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our People Team. In this role, theindividual will be responsible for creating best experience to our folks working in stores andwarehouses across India, reporting to Associate Director - People Operations & HRBP. This role will partner with the functional leader, business line managers, city leads, store managers, collaborate with other HRBPs and People Team members to add value to the business. As a HRBusiness Partner, the individual will own relationships with front-line managers and individual contributors and will independently drive People issues through to resolution. This role will require to be highly independent, roll-up the sleeves and be comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast- paced, ever-changing, rapid-growth environment. Responsibilities : - Partner with the Head of City Operations & Supply Chain function in the execution of our People Initiatives including employee engagement programs, talent development and other aspects of our people plan to our folks working in stores and warehouses across India - Align the organizational process, systems and culture with the business, design optimal organization structure, understand organization and culture needs, drive change management at stores and warehouses. - Coach and advise managers and employees on a variety of components impacting employee experience, including performance management, employee relations concerns, rewards and recognition, leaves of absence, local labor laws, compensationand benefits, HR policies, people dynamics and other people-related topics. - Improve the employee experience by identifying gaps proactively, proposing solutionsand delivering initiatives at every store and warehouse spread across geography. - Benchmark all People directed initiatives and adopt suitable new initiatives basedonindustry trends - Design and execute Employee Engagement Framework in line with the engagement survey results for enhanced people experience. - Anchor retention initiatives for the business. - Responsible for grievance management, communication, townhall, rewards &recognitions, People Connects through 1:1, Team Connects, Skip Connects etc. - Responsible for creating a fun filled work environment. Qualification : - An experienced HR professional who has worked as an HR Business Partner in FMCG/Retail Industry. 6-8+ years of related experience or specialized knowledge and skills. - A self-starter who is comfortable working in ambiguity; and can also workindependently with little to minimal supervision. - An individual with strong problem-solving as well as critical and analytical thinkingabilities. - An individual with outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills with demonstratedability to develop relationships and influence at multiple levels within the organization. - - An individual who can successfully manage a high volume of work with multiple conflicting priorities. - Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. - Bachelor's Degree. Education in Business. Administration/HR is an added advantage.- - Willingness to travel to stores & warehouses as and when required.
