We are now expanding and will be available at all major locations across India Job Title: Compensation Analyst What will you do: 1. Create and/or maintain compensation-related data and help generate insights from the same 2. Provide policy and program administration education and support to HR business partners on core processes 3. Assist with end-to-end market benchmarking, including annual surveys, managing survey data, analyzing survey results, market compensation by role, and managing impacts to the annual compensation cycle 4. Support in the benchmarking of benefits to help create a differentiated portfolio for the organization 5. Create sales incentives / variable pay plans and track the effectiveness of the same ongoing basis 6. Work closely with Legal, Accounting, Payroll to ensure programs comply with legal/taxation requirements 7. Support in creating and marketing of ESOP framework 8. Support our corporate functions with all elements of general compensation including job evaluation & classification within the job infrastructure What will you need : - 3+ years of experience in compensation analysis, financial analysis, statistical analysis, and/ or data modeling is required. - High accuracy, detail-minded, and well-organized with strong numerical and analytical skills - Basic understanding of Compensation theory and practice - Strong excel skills. Working knowledge of Google Sheets as well. - The high degree of integrity; ability to exercise confidentiality and neutrality in complex and sensitive situations - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across different levels in the organization - Strong empathy towards employees and partnership focus
