Summary:

A Content Manager to oversee development, execution and delivery of digital and print content across our Learning & Economic Insights Group. You will play a key role in the success of our inbound and outbound marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should know how to apply data analytics to personalize and optimize content. The Content Manager will manage an expanding team of Content Strategists, interact with C-level team members and build new opportunities across our client engagements. The Content Manager will be a clear communicator and possess great analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities :

- Will carry a target which will be linked to the regional head as the concepts created need to be converted into sales

- Responsible for conceptualizing digital IPs, branded projects, and large-scale content campaigns for partners and brands.

- Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.

- Build a following on social media with the Marcomm team.

- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.

- Track web analytics to ascertain content engagement levels.

- Manage content across all platforms, including email and social media.

- Commissioning stories, editing, providing insights on the editorial calendar, creating the style guide, conceptualizing story ideas, maintaining consistency of style across articles, and providing feedback to new writers.

People Skills :

- Works under the direct supervision of Regional Manager

- Creates an atmosphere of trust and transparency within the team

- Lives by the company values and ethics

Key Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, English or related field.

- 3-4 years agency experience or in a similar role.

- Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency with popular content management systems.

- Experience with social media management.

- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.

- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.

- Strong leadership qualities.
