Leader technology is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions for India Markets. This includes directing all IT operations to meet internal requirements as well as the support and maintenance of existing applications and development of new technical solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy: Working within corporate strategies and policy frameworks, designs, proposes and implements IT strategies, guidelines and procedures within broad principles and policies set by the organization to meet IT requirements supporting short and long-term business needs.
Governance - To ensure Information technology and management are in-line with agreed strategy and policy adhering to the compliance.
Implementation - To lead day to day operations of IT systems,coordinates the use of internal technical support personnel and vendor support to provide higher levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and an efficient end-user support.
Engineering - To supervise local software development and maintenance personnel, including stakeholder management, project management, resource planning, software development and testing and release management activities.
Supply management - To manage the relationships with (and between) external agencies and suppliers, ensuring contracts and service levels are negotiated in line with strategic aims and financial constraints and ongoing service is in-line with agreed contracts.
Budget - To manage the annual Information Management budget and any associated funds. Specifically to be responsible for the review, audit and prioritization of all information management tools, including (in partnership with the Finance Director) the replacement cycle of information technology hardware.
Service - To lead, organize and implement servicing and support of all Foundation IT systems to agreed service level standards and timelines. In particular:
to ensure training is provided on any new information management tools that may be introduced
to provide remedial support where ever necessary
Business continuity - To develop and maintain the Major Incident & Business Continuity plan for IT and to implement measures designed to safeguard the Information Technology and Management needs of the Company in the event of major incidents or disasters.
Change - To be an agent of change within the organization, driving technical innovation and process improvement, influencing and evangelizing new technical solutions. Not afraid to think differently or to try new ways of doing things.

KEY REQUIREMENTS
- A post graduate degree with 12-15 yrs of experience in IT(Service Management,Networking and Desktop Support)
- Experience in people management including managing senior managers
