Designation: Assistant Manager/ Manager

Education : MBA HR ( Full time)
Travel : 20-30%
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Performance Management System :
- Responsible for Quarterly Priority setting and coaching conversations.
- Performance Model development and implementation
- Work with Senior Leaders in order to create programs to identify and engage High Potential Talent.
- Responsible for career development and talent profiles to be completed on Workday and conversations to happen between reporting supervisor and team.
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
- Support any other training interventions that may be required during the year to support PMS.
HR Business Partner :
- Resolving employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Help drive Great place to work culture and people agenda.
Hiring :
- Responsible for end to end talent acquisition across locations, departments and levels.
- Partner with stakeholder- s/business leaders to understand and support talent requirements.
- Close assigned positions within defined timelines with optimal source mix i.e. social media, job portals, referral applications etc.
KEY REQUIREMENTS :
- Master's in Human Resource Management or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience in B2B organizations along with exposure to good HR practices, matrix organization and global team.
- MS Office.
- Experience in working with ERP and other software's such as workday, Concur, Oracle i-procurement etc.
- Excellent Interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Business Acumen.
- Create an environment of trust and credibility.
- Should be proficient with webex, performance management systems etc.
